For a long time I wanted a smaller shooter to carry around instead of my bulky DSLR. M4/3 was the best system for my taste but until now it didn’t feel right. I used to shoot with a Pentax K1000 and an Olympus OM3. These two cameras are still my best in terms of handling. They are small, lightweight, and durable with good ergonomics and they produce very sharp images. And they are beautiful too! Entering the digital era there was nothing similar so I jumped to bulky DSLR system, but I always was looking for a small all around partner. From last year Fujifilm gave me a lot to think but I'm not a rangefinder type of shooter. Today with E-M5 I may have found a solution. I’ll just wait for a local dealer to bring it so I can hold it and feel it. It looks nice, the dimensions and the weight are very good, the construction seems solid AND weather sealed. Digital cameras are just electronic gadgets so weather sealing is a necessity. I just hope the EVF is good enough.
