The review mentions that focusing screens aren't interchangeable... that is a shame. I do wish the review had mentioned whether the existing screen is more functional for actually focussing manually than the current breed of screens
In other words, does it have a matte/fresnel that can actually be used for focusing like in the distant era F3 and FM2? Or is it the super fine screen we have today that is basically worthless for manual focusing unless you have an f2 lens and nothing is moving... and you're a bit lucky?

I wonder if my old 21 3.4 Super Angulon and my 50 Summicron DR will work with this adapter. These are two lenses that I love and they just don't seem to fit either the M9 (21 may fit now) or the NEX. What joy if they both worked on the X1. Well, even if they don't there's always the 35 Summicron and I truly look forward to some manual focusing with it!
