anthony mazzeri: The Photoshop Elements splash screen credits suprised me by showing it is outsourced almost entirely to India. I assume that explains why it is quite different and much cheaper than Photoshop (and Bridge) proper.
fyi photoshop of late is predominantly an adobe india product-development. also a large chunk of lightroom. cs
