also missing are Markins and Kirk, which would have been better suited than some of the others in here.

Maybe next time you can ask the public what they want and let the voting decide which 10 you test. But I guess you are influenced by advertisers too.

He explained himself that it was an umbrelle and the light from the sun is behind the clouds. He also explained it was not a "hack job" why would someone lie in this world ;-)

Hey Gromble,

Thanks for the link! so much to learn still :-(
I am in photography for about 10 years and never used flash.
Just got a job, 14 actually where on 75% I *need* to use flash.
Got a crashcourse from a friend of mine and I am starting to understand, I am already using it on the pictures I need for the job, it's going OK, just shoot alot to be sure I have enough to carry to the client. An image like yours is still a bit far fetched for now.

thanks again,
Mark

nice to know,.. it's a great shot no matter how you did it.
You seem to know what you are doing,.. only the explanation about the line on her legs has me boggled, why is everything else sharp?

cheers,
Mark

On photo Sushi in the Speak as a child challenge (1 comment in total)

Why would you stress an animal for the sake of a picture!!??
chances are it died because of this childish behaviour! it will only blowup if it's the only out!
9th place is only because people don't know what this animal is going through!

in this state your sushi is poisonous too, hope you hade a bite.
You're not worthy to the tank on your back!

Tuna is a dying breed, they stand no chance to the fisherman who hunt them down with small plains to inform the boats what coordinates to go to.
not even to mention that so called "dolphin friendly" depends on the signature of the captain.
who the authorities believe without moving a muscle in their face.
