I have been using GX1 AND several m43 primes for a yearI can never use it to achieve what my 5D3 + 35 f/1.4 can do DOF is usually shallow enough when taking tele photos, when using 45 f/1.8

If GX2 has such spec; I am sure we will see NEX9 with similiar spec, but it also comes with a 36x24mm Sensor and a few <$1000 lenses from Zeiss

I think only FF DSLR or m43 makes sense Do not invest into APSC DSLR

It depends on the subjects you usually shootm43 is still not good for sports nor portraits, IF you Love shallow depth of field . 45 and 75 from Olympus are usually good enough for most portraits

That is my other concern; taking a gitzo tripod, 5D3 and 2 L glasses are quite heavy and bulkymy GX1 + 3 lenses set can fit into a small bag / my jacket's pockets......
