AMAZING CAPTURE! Another wonder of photography. Its not just art, not always a fantasy... The real itself! It's what happens around you always.

And now that moment is immortal!

Ben O Connor: You folks also should recommend "traveling options" too. For example an Istanbul or Amsterdam trip would be very nice, different, even exotic for anyone's photography!

Yes to new & needed gear, more photography, more travelling!

By not visiting Istanbul, you never taste the amazing Turkish culinary and hospitality. Most importandly; You´d be missed these shots below! :)

By the way; It is a warning you should consider. But don´t be fool;

- Turkish Republic had no war since its established in 1923. At the dame period, there were always a conflict off its borders ( WWII 39-45, Collpase of Iron Curtain 89, Collapse of USSR 90, 1st 2nd Gulf War 90-03, Collpae of Syria 09-today)
-It has one of the biggest army on the planet which is a NATO grade army since 1952.
-Turkish Armed Forces participated (or lead in some cases) Korean, Cyprus, Somali, 1st Gulf, Bosnian, Kosovon, Afghanistan operations.
- Today, Almost exactly similar source of dangers that aiming Turkey as it aims the rest of the modern world; Terrorism. and it can happen ANYWhERE, ANYTIME, ANYHOW around the globe. It happened in Norway (A.Breivik Oslo 2011) it happened in France (Charlie Hebdo , Paris 2015) , Happened Turkey (Ankara 2015)...

Actually I meant both. DPR can recommend both "travel" & "education". Choice is yours! Maybe its better to start with a "Travel guide for photographers from photographer's sight."

Ben O Connor: Great artixle. But also must consider gap between size/logic.

Forexample; why the m4/3 camera be about the size of a leica m camera ? Whilenit has hald the size sensor in it ?

So its even worse than I thought!

As a M4/3 system user, I love my gear light. GM1 is a great camera. However I want to improove my phtography hence the gear. Biut whatever I try is illogical by size! Even GM5 is illogical because you cant bend its screen to achieve higher or lower angles of shooting and its size grows rapidly when you dicede to take your friends photo in a dark place (an outside wedding forecample!). and what is their excuse; EVF. Sorry, I dont buy it.

Also GX7; a camera, which packs smilar features than GM1 but much bigger... why?

Do not think is like a human body "small piece called eye in the body, connected to head which is bigger than eye to generate the sight! " cameras does not need to be bigger than their sensor size! Maybe can be %30 bigger to pack a screen behind them.. or a EVF. Thats it.

Yes ! Gx8. is about the same as a leica size M-E ! Yetbit packs a half the size of the sensor.

Or E-M1 is even bigger than EOS 100D (rebel SL1) which has a bigger sensor!

The amazing thinh they come up with m4/3 cameras are panasonic GM series period! Anything bigger than an pen pm series or gf series is "illogical to own!" by size! Image stabilisation can be an excuse for short period, but they should figure out the solution as quiick as possiible.

My greatest camera (system) goal ever! One day; i will have the latest version of Pentax 645, put it in the middle of somewhere, and built a studio around it. It will be the central element. The thing, that people come and sit front of it.

And suddenly an idiot would ask "what is pentax? is not the Canon the best pro cam ?!" then it will be my first crime case! :)

I love it.

I always thought that "Pentax should use M43 mouth with a crop size sensor in it!"
But now they come with a full frame dslr... Such weird move in year 2015!

But its Pentax! I believe its ovf is phenomenon, that shows things better that your eyes do.

OrdinarilyInordinate: It looks well made and minimalistically designed. I'm sure the Leica lenses will also be very nice optically. I don't see this design as a typical mirrorless compromise of going smaller on size, however--quite the opposite (not that there aren't other reasons to go mirrorless, like better live view, good EVF, higher fps if needed, etc.) This looks like a camera to be used with a tripod or a monopod, as opposed to A7* and Leica's own Q. Definitely looks like a professional camera or one made for carefully set-up studio or landscape shots for a smaller number of professionals and enthusiasts as opposed to carry-everywhere street and travel and people camera. Of course Leica still has other lines to cover those roles.

Minimalistic as a an elephant. Pal, that thing is huge!

"The aims of mirrorless systems are; keeping the camera simple, light in weight, and small optics with great optical performance as well as focusing speed."

Now Leica; what is the reason of this SIZE ! The medium format sensor ? Nope! Just a full frame. Sorry to say; pointless system to me.

As usual; whenever you buy a windowsphone, you invest for usefulness. The thing you purchase "helps you".
On Android and especially in Apple when you buy a thing, it add more time as a prisoner in consumer dungeons! Your apple app is not there... Your android things has to back to main screen...

Keep enjoying my 1520 Lumia. ;)

Real performer! May not be best mobility oriented (not-thanks-to entire world, who doesn't support Windows app), but who and why would ever need "app" of every single thing, when you all the real deal even in stronger hardware!

Great Microsoft! Keep 'em coming.
