Or why Voightländer avoids Sony?
It's more about where they think they can fill a niche, where there's the best potential for themselves and who they are competing with within a system rather than...

It has the 5-axis IBIS, but one that is "improved" somehow.

I'm fine with a camera without a built-in EVF. I'd pay as much as an OM-D for a rangefinder Pen if the other features are worth it.
LCD size is ok with me, but visibility in daylight is more...

Smaller too without the built-in EVF. Some features are are more advanced on the E-P5 compared to the OM-D (AF, IBIS, max shutter speed, LCD, etc)

DPR probably already has the camera and putting it to the test as we speak. Once the official announcement is made, DPR will magically post a hands-on preview article. I do like how DPR is...

Probably because it is very similar to the Lumix 20mm, a fast, (relatively) cheap, small, (nearly) all-purpose prime lens. I find Samsung lacking in many departments, but they absolutely nailed...

1. The E-620 DSLR camera. :)
2. fairly fast in good light on E620, slllloooow on m43. Manual focus does work better than most m43 lenses though (not focus by wire)
3. Somewhat too big for the...

You removed the flash by placing a viewfinder there. No thanks.

For the E-P3 vs. the E-PL3, the reasons where the better LCD, touchscreen, more button controls and built-in flash. It was prettier too. It's still early, but it looks like the same applies to the...

I like the five fn buttons. I wish more cameras of this class would do this (instead of putting everything in a touch-screen menu).

Yeah, Canon sure are leading and setting the mirrorless world on fire! Seriously, whatever self-serving comment Canon peopke have to say about this market should be taken with a grain of salt....

Aside from the inability to zoom with the 20mm and 45mm, there are two things to keep in mind: closeup or macro are worse than the kit zooms, you can't get close enough. The other thing is those...

If you shoot indoors, the 20mm is a bit of no-brainer, rendering the slow zooms useless. Unless you live in a glass house, that is. The slow focus is a bit annoying, but you learn to live with it...

It's pretty obvious the superior IQ is why one would choose Fuji over m43 or NEX. Even if Fuji lags behind in other areas, different people have different priorities.

I've been changing lenses for years. Other manuifacturers have solved the dust issue long ago. Nikon is apparently still behind the curve.
-
I'm surprised dust is still a problem with DSLR's. Even more so with cameras at that high price range.
-
Unless you want to keep shooting at ISO6400 or higher. It makes no difference if it's M43 or APS-C.

I like the Panasonic pancake lenses. They're better than Olympus' sole pancake on m43 I'm pretty sure the no IBIS on Panasonic cameras (in favor for OIS) is purely a design/markleting choice, just...

Black and silver lenses look great on them. No issues for me.
