JRFlorendo: Canon is serious about still photography when they match Sony's EXMOORE sensors, that's what every Canon fanbase has been waiting for +8 years now.
Rather than reading the specs sheet. Maybe the users try to shoot w/ the camera themselves and judge the photos w/ their own eyes. Most of the users just buy a camera w/ the kit lens and shoot w/ it. @KatManDEW: Why don't you try it too. Get a Sony NEX w/ kit lens and a Canon w/ a STM kit lens. Compare the photos and judge it yourself on which one is the crappier product.
thx1138: Here's a tip Olympus, be the first manufacturer to make a high quality water proof camera, with superior optics and RAW output and you'll take that segment of the market over. The IQ of the tough series is third rate.
@thx1138: and make the lens 24-240mm then it's the best all around camera I think.
teddyilagan: I'm a long time fan of DPR, but recently it starts to irritates me. This post should show us the sample pictures of D600, what annoys me is that it took 5-6 steps before I can actually see the sample pictures.
Well, it's a different story for your example is unavoidable and you should have to go through that step before the other one. Isn't it a wonderful experience for the readers of DPR if they saw to post "We uploaded sample image of D600" and after they click the link we can go directly on photo gallery? http://www.dpreview.com/galleries/reviewsamples/albums/nikon-d600-preview-samples/slideshow
