Nikon D5100
Nikon D7000
Nikon D7200
Highly capable little DSLR. Great for travel with the 35mm attached. Good image quality. I love the adjustable LCD.
Solid performer. Great value. Low-light focusing a bit unreliable
Sony Alpha a6000
Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D
Nikon AF Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6D ED VR
Image quality matches my nikon dslrs in a small and very capable package, all a an unbeatable price. I can use virtually all my nikon glass.
Great beyond f2.8. Cheap. Great as a reversed lens for macro work as it has manual aperture control.
Nice used lens. Focus slow, image quality average...you have to stop down to f8-11 to get the best at the long end.
Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR
Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G
Nikon AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.8G
Versatile range nice image quality. Good VR. Just lacks a bit of snap compared to primes.
Sharp. Noticeable purple fringing wide open. Focusing can be inconsistent sometimes.
One of my favourites. Good focusing, good contrast at all f-numbers. Good wide open.
Nikon AF-S Nikkor 85mm f/1.8G
Samyang 12mm 1:2.0 NCS CS
Sigma 18-35mm F1.8 DC HSM | A
Love it. Sharp. Good contrast. Great for portraits. CA can be an issue wide open.
Purple fringing noticeable wide open and the edges a bit soft on my copy. No electronics, No exif. However, compact, F2, and unbeatable price. On my camera more than any of my other lenses.
A unique gem. A flexible prime. Superb image quality. Sharp, good contrast, low CA and the only lens I know that can give F1.8 at 18mm ... and it works very well. Sigma USB Dock very useful. Heavy but though. I accidentally dropped it and my d5100 on a concrete floor from about 3 feet. They both still work perfectly.
Sigma 19mm F2.8 DN | A
Sigma 8-16mm F4.5-5.6 DC HSM
Sony E 35mm F1.8 OSS
Affordable wide-standard prime with good image quality. I wish it was faster or had OS but for the price it is a solid purchase.
Good sharpness. Crazy wide, provides unique opportunities. No live view on my cameras as the firmware has not been updated. Good flare control. My most frequently used wide angle lens.
Not the sharpest wide open....but focuses fast, very compact, F1.8, sharpen up nicely when stopped down. Very versatile focal length. Expensive compared to my Nikon 35mm which may be sharper wide open. Not more than 4 stars because of the price.
Sony E 50mm F1.8 OSS
Tokina AT-X Pro 11-16mm f/2.8 DX
Good bang for buck (i got mine for $200). Good image quality plus OS.
Constant f2.8. Very sharp. Flares easily. Comparatively limited zoom.
