Maybe it's a bit like some instances of the Sigma 85 1,4: different AF depending on whether coming from mfd or infinity, hopeless to micro AF adjust away.

I'm don't know the rules of these things but I assume the picture has been a bit color toned and made more "vintage", including what looks like softness and film noise. Regardless, the color toning...

No, you won't. Consumer law != manufacturer warranty. For one thing, it's up to the consumer to prove that the defect was there from the start. Unless you bought it in Norway and are currently in...

Plastic containers with a Pingu (or is that Pingi? I always mix up the name with the name of that clay penguin) bag in each. With the big Pingi/u bag I only need to recharge it every six months or so.

Moving things are very hard to focus on with a manual 85mm large aperture lens...that said, no 85mm has lightning AF. Most should be usable with micro AF adjust, though, for objects that are moving...

I love the size and pocketability of my Nex 3 + russki m39s, but for macro I find the A77 better balanced and easier to handle, same goes for tele, only then fast AF is a must too. I like the Nex,...

Hmmm. It's a bit of an appealing idea - bring back something long gone, and in this case something with a relatively good and odd build quality. 400USD for a soft ("portrait") prime with a...

The EU doesn't really say two.
The thing is that the manufacturer gives a limited warranty, usually a year's, as well as manned support, sometimes shorter. Everything beyond this is consumer law...
