Yep,  I asked for  Rules  not guidelines . . .  rules are mandatory and a User not following them can be censured,  guidelines are optional and a user can choose,  legitimately,  not to follow them.

But it isn't automatically checkable . . . .  the subject is the Capture date rule  and it is not possible to automatically check if that rule is complied with. Checking width, height, etc is great...

OK,  so there is no Automatic checking of the date when the image was taken . . .  so any real checking is still down to the ability and enthusiasm of the Host.  So no real change then.
