Opinion: Well I have had this camera for about 5 months now and it is amazing what happens when you read the instructions and learn about batteries and chargers. After buying a Maha battery charger and good 1850 NMhi batteries I can fill my 128 & 64 meg cards at maximum jpeg resolution on one battery charge. I just love it, full manual controls, fits in your pocket and takes great macro shots. Menus are easy to see and use.

Problems: Normal shutter lag of a digital camera...eliminated though with manual settings or half press of shutter button.
Some photos can appear lacking a bit in vibrancey but easily tweaked in post processing.
Flash is a bit weak and only goes out to about 10 feet, although again normal for most pocket sized digital cameras.
LCD can be hard to see in bright sunlight.
Start up time can be a bit slow.
