Hey! Where are chromatic aberration options !!??????????????
Aspenland: Awesome videos!! Thank you, Barney!! Way better than D4 video... nice resolution, but not so good bit rate... I am afraid 5Dmk3 is in another class on video. Barney, panning shots are a must for video tests - to see the effects of rolling shutter... Please include one ASAP :))
>> but not so good bit rateBit rate is normal for all video cameras with good codec.Canon used old type of coding so they supposed to give a much more megabytes to keep a normal quality.
All we need is... samples! :)
May be iso3200-6400 samples will be the end of happiness...As well as pictures with apertures near f/1.4 - f/1.8 ...I hope for all the best..
Where is AE-Lock button? Why P/S/A/M modes are still in button?
So, all other things are perfect :)
Denis of Whidbey Island: What I've learned from this discussion is: a) this is the camera you need and you can afford it, b) this is the camera you need and you can't afford it, c) this isn't the camera you need and the one you already own is fine (like my D700 and me), or d) this isn't the camera you need and you're holding your breath. If your photographic ambitions are thwarted by the equipment, including the D4, available to you, I'm sorry for your pain.
I like this camera. But I need a D700 class camera (may be D800 but not 36Mp!) with two memory slots and video.
Dmatter: I happy that megapixel war is over.
We`ll see it in 5DmarkIII :)
