On Fun at the beach in the Beachgoers - Soaking up the Sun (Full colour only) challenge (3 comments in total)

As a Pediatrician I can't skip mentioning that this sort of activity can cause a "nursemaid's elbow". Painful and a causes a visit to the doctor or hospital.
