f2.8 will be thin DOF. there may be risk of losing proper focus at 200 ???and above that IS is also not present.

I am planning to take candid shots for wedding. It is mainly indoor. and some times outdoor.that the reason i was looking for these 2 options

there is a considerable difference in price between those.so the concern was whether its worth to pay that much for IS ?

For Canon 70-200L f/4 , i should go for IS or NOTthe turn off point is that there is a lot of price difference .
