i wouldn't call the x pro 1 a "small" camera. it's definitely light (especially the lenses) given it's image quality.the colors of picture looks much nicer on the LCD screen than on computer...

i think majority of the time it takes between depressing the shutter and writing the image is spent on AF.i too, have a d90. in general the AF is much better on the d90... the AF degrades...

i'm curious about the AF usage too. the problem i'm having is none of my friends can focus with the x pro 1 (hence, i'm never in any of the pictures).i am able to focus without any issues...

i don't think there's a solution. the pics definitely look a lot nicer on the x pro 1 LCD...i used to think canon P&S was the king of all cameras -- until i loaded those files onto my computer

I broke mine too but was able to screw one off my old nikon FM2. fits perfectly.you can look for the FM2 eyepiece on ebay... should cost about $15 including shipping.I also sent an email to fuji...
