Time and a half isn't even guaranteed if you are an "Exempt" employee, which ends up being 90% of white collar jobs.   There are a heck of a lot accountants, for example, putting in 80 hour weeks...

Lightroom contains a more full features version of ACR than Photoshop CS6. It doesn't need Photoshop.

Corel PSP is the real alternative. GIMP is a PITA.
