Red G8R: I've been waiting for a macro but this one is too big.
I may just go with the 60 mm. I was hoping for a new 60 or 90 mm with 1:1 magnification.
I've been waiting for a macro but this one is too big.
I will replace my D600 with the D750. The AF alone is worth the upgrade.
They should be licensed based on power and range.
I'm happy with my D600. I never had the dust issue but Nikon Canada still changed my shutter when it went in for a free routine service. It came back looking brand new and now I also have the comfort of knowing that it will be replaced if needed. How much more can one expect. Nikon has my loyalty.
Based on the photos, the build quality looks great. But I'm not keen on anything that requires manual focus.
There are always extreme cases where laws are needed protect the public such as preventing the paparazzi from hounding someone.
I took my D4 and D600 bodies in to Nikon Canada, Missassauga, last Friday for routine cleaning and service (as per Canadian warranty). I have no obvious dust issues but now I assume they will be replacing my D600 shutter. It's only been two business days so no news as yet. The new shutter may help resale if and when I do.
I looked at a select few and I'm definitely buying this camera.
Placed my order already. Can't wait to give it a try. :)Thanks Fuji.
Of the three latest mirrorless cameras, EM1, A7/R, and the XT1, the XT1 appeals to me the most and as soon as it's available, I'll be trying it and most likely buying it.
Lets hope the full review with native lenses are more favourable. Despite the great output I've seen by these cameras, there seems to be too many cons from users and reviews that I've elected not to buy for now.
Looking at the new pics added on fuji rumors site, it's smaller than it looks in the teaser pic and the EVF sounds amazing.
34x zoom but what's the range?
new boyz: Nikon version of 1Dc. A bit late, don't you think?
No. They also referred to the D4 as HD-SLR in the same statement.
The D4 is also referred to as an HD-SLR so 4k is not a must.
Did you all think Nikon would bring out a revolutionary body. This is exactly what was rumored and expected. Nikon took criticism for the D600 oil/dust issues that they were forced to try and remedy it. Only time will tell if the shutter change solved the problem.I have the D600 and this introduction doesn't affect me or how I use my D600.
I had a Pany GX1 for travel and was considering the GX7 but I've always admired the Xtrans sensor and this might be the compact system for me.
For me the most impressive thing here is the Sony RX100 II. It stands up well against the others despite the smallest sensor.
