I would think , if you mostly shoot over 22mm and at f11 that you should be as well or even better off buying the Nikon 24 120vr ?. The 24 to 70 is rather heawy and you pay a lot for the f2.8...

If you buy the Oly , I would try to keep to the NIkon for a while, Use the Oy along with the Nikon for a while and find out if your happy with the Oly as your only system.

I normally bring with me a white card , then use PRE WB. That gives you pretty close to correct colors. You can also buy a 18 Percent grey card for same purpose.
