1 photo have to many 'users' that have voted 5* and the rest of the votes they did have very low scoring

this image is obviously have some unusual votes because of some "users"
3 5* votes and the rest of there voting are .5 so yea this photo will not be in the winners spot

i will be disqualifying photos after the voting like 1/2 or all the information on the photo is missing and to many 5 star rating so it's going to be kinda fair
