nekrosoft13: wow, this things going to be a disaster like TX1, Pro1, and other weird Canon products did in past. Looks like weird product made of mixed up parts.

Canon needs to learn from Sony and Panasonic how to make a 4K camera.

Overpriced Sony FDR-ax100

Now we are talking...
This might trump the Canon's meager 20 mp files for lack of noise.
Really amazing that a 36mp camera can do this well at 3200 ISO!

brycesteiner: Lots of noise for this grade of Nikon. Shooting RAW is about the only option to clean it up in the source.

Ummm... actually there is very little noise.
That I can see on my 27 inch IMac?

But my concern is at 3200 iso not 1800.
Then we have a compelling camera to buy.

Really... with an explosion going off behind your backside do you really think that these men would not even flinch in reaction? Come on this bad on so many levels.

Alterations of this nature should be weeded out before the competition begins.
I find the voting method quite speculative when an image such as this wins. It is the chore of the Photographer to keep the integrity of the shot.
Think of the 2009 BBC Nature competition where José Luis Rodríguez created a scandal with his manufactured wolf shot.

Side note: As objects recede in the distance they fade in color. The explosion is too vivid. This should have lost badly a photoshop contest.

Just my opinion.
