Thanks a lots guys fr your comments...it encouraged me to again look at my sensor...used a normal swab with 5 drops of cleaner...now the marks on the sides are gone...after 3 swipes...(how ever...

Thanks guys for your replies.. Well some of u  gave me some hope that these may not be scratches...I am going to take it to Canon for cleaning..No more sensor swabs for me..I was really careful...

Well..I may be the only idiot who has scratched his new 5Dm3 sensor !!:-(After  my Nepal trip noticed dark spots across my photos. Ordered sensor swabs from Adorama after thorough research on web....
