avotius: Oh come one Ricoh....where the hell is the viewfinder? You put it in the old GRV but you cant figure out how to do it anymore? That camera was even smaller than this one....whats the problem?
Nope, the GR1 was larger than the GRD! And even more, there was much less electronic inside and the lens was smaller. All in all, there is just no room for integrated VF in GRD body. Not without making the body noticeably larger.

This was my favorite entry in this contest. Not just because it was made with Ricoh. It's the little details and colors and blurred background that makes it a perfect capture. Well done!

I like this capture a lot. Probably my favorite in this challenge? Great composition and colors along with the "fast/slow" story makes it perfect snap.

This photo is technically not great but represent the nature in its wildest form. And compact camera definitely helped you to capture the moment without risking the damage of heavy and expensive DSLR equipment ;)

Thanks for your comments guys! You are right! It was of course not blue enough and definitely too personal for that challenge. I was just too excited in that days ;)

s_grins: I'm puzzled by combination of optical VF and ZOOM lens and would be happy to learn more
The optical VF zooms together with lens! ;)

Well deserved victory in this challenge. Technically, it's not great (at the pixel level). But it looks perfect in small size.

I like the composition and motion blurriness of this shot.
I like this kind of street snaps.
Congratulations for your winning entry! Well spotted and captured!

This one was my favorite in this challenge. It's hard to believe it's taken with compact camera. Well done!
This photo very nicely reflects the challenge title. Well deserved victory!
Good catch! I guess you were very close to her? Did she notice you captured her?
Great capture! The horse parked along with the bicycles is definitely funny. I like also the processing. Well done!
Everything in this photo seems to be at the proper place. Well deserved victory!
Diky! Byla to klika, ze jsem mel fotak akorat na stole a podarilo se mi ho zapnout a cvaknout, nez mi zase nekam utekla nebo se sapala po objektivu ;)
