For ultimate image quality you'll not beet the 5D3 with the E-M1, for a light camera to be used as well as a 5D3 I would love to have the E-M1 with the new 12-40 f/2.8 and a couple of M Zuiko...

looks like a great little camera and some people just need to get over the OVF and xtrans sensor thing, I love my 5D3 and my x100s and want Canon to produce this with a 16mp CMOS sensor and fast AF.

I like the idea, but the AF is not up to DSLR standards, I think I would prefer the new GX7 over the E-M1 especially if they turn out to have the same or equal sensor, to me it looks more flexible...

so while I just upgraded to CS6 and LR5, now you want me to pay monthly and every one else gets the same thing for the same $10/month, except they dont have to pay the hundreds of dollars I've paid...

I would go 70D with the 17-40 f/4, should be a pretty nice combo if that sensor pans out.

I recently picked up a x100s as a 2nd camera for people/street shooting, I own a 5D3 which I use for mostly landscape work, so I brought my x100s along this week on a shoot just to see how it...

RX100 and x100s, because they take great images, 5D3 when I do my serious work
-
so why no love for the X-M1, I see no talk on here and its available at Kenmore camera here in the Seattle area in kit and body only.
No interest ? I played with it but decided on the x100s and...

Perhaps the main reason you don't carry a DSLR anymore is because you have access to all that other gear, heck I would leave my 5D Mk III at home a lot to if I could own a x100s, RX1,RX100II. But...

shame, sounds like no improvement yet, I'll keep hoping and waiting. Or maybe go x100s.

what about auto focus speed?

L series like all their other cameras

I'm sure it will come next in the 5D Mk IV, but I want to see it first in the EOS M2, so I can use all my current lenses on a small back up camera, I hope Canon give us a nice small prime to go...

it will make a huge difference to live view AF for stills, so yes it will
