ISO pushing is a phrase used for film where you would use a certain ISO film but set for another ISO (ie: ISO400 film but ste the camera manually for ISO800 or 1600) ...can't do that on digital....

m43 is 2x crop ...thus the 14mm would be 28mm Canon is 1.6x so a close equivalent would be 18mm or, if you're doing the math, 17.5 mm to get the same 28mm view
