For a start, they aren't called V4 and V3. Secondly, the VF-3 is the worst of the three EVFs. Buy a VF-4 or VF-2 if the VF-4 is too expensive. VF-4 is biggest and best. VF-2 is still excellent.

Nope. None of them are any good at night. Get something with really good high-ISO. That unfortunately rules out ANY Olympus DSLR, you're gonna have to go micro!
