Ooooops A troll. How do you recognise a troll???he is trying to generalise his frustrationhe talks BS. A $1700 used D800 on Amazon. That does NOT exist from a genuine seller.he pretends to be...

Very very good question. Amazing how in the US people can return truckloads of D800. And what happens next?....another customer picks a faulty D800. Just amazing. I am loving America more and more....

Reading this forum, there are truckloads of D800 which are returned to vendors...and I doubt very much that they are returned to Nikon. Instead, they are put back on sale or at best reconditioned,...

ok. what a waste of time. perhaps you should get real and use pictures from a current camera and not stuff posted on the internet

wtf. this is horrible. just being honest. a lot of photoshop work is needed here. but thanks for sharing

Just in case someone forget to mention it. You are a troll, otherwise you would not post a 1000th post like this on this forum. That is certain. Just like all the people who fall in the big $$$...

indeed, price is going down dramatically. Just saw it for £1999 here in the UK

why spend that cash for a pricey 5DIII when new cheaper models (Nikon D600, Canon 6D,...) and lenses are coming in a month or two at the most. They will be just as good. If AF is important, go the...

instead of drawing diagrams. use your own eyes. Man. The D800 is ultra sharp, and when looking back at my old 12mp D3S photos,...., they look like crap I am afraid. I loved my D3S and even thought...

Man. Use the central AF point and enjoy the camera instead of shooting targets and be obsessed with left AF points. When and if Nikon comes up with a fix later in the year, it will be always time...

Don't listen to this grumpy old man who does not want you to post your images. Some people prefer to only speak about Nikon AF issues and spread hundreds of post of complaints. They should rather...

The 35G is an outstanding lens, perhaps the best prime below 200mm, all in all. It works particularly well on the D800/E. But for landscape, you have to shoot it at f8 for optimum quality. F11 is...

Wow. You have a very high opinion of yourself. Perhaps you should get a life, somewhere on a very isolated island.

In lightroom 4 you can work on your raw images at smaller sizes and speed up the workflow.

LOL.. Perhaps you should also write to the emperor and demand an apology from Japan for producing this crap.

Images are fine. Just accept the camera for what it is, a glorified point and shoot; and yes, with mushy jpegs. Welcome to the Leica world.

Great shots. A shame they are in B&W when the world is in colour, but I suppose this is inherent to using an M9 with crappy colours. If the M9 had Fuji's colours, I guess that would be a different...

If AF is important to you, just bin the camera and buy a 5D3 instead. You will never look back! Alternatively, use it in manual with zeiss lenses and be happy.
