The idea behind "legacy lenses" is that you already have them, for years gathering dust.
That is, unless you are too young to have ever shot film, in which case go raid Dad's or Grandpa's sock...

I like what I see here but it is ruled out for me by the very disappointing battery life. C'mon designers, there's a group of compact camera enthusiasts out here that are not quite as swayed by the...

Likeability and pleasing are traits inherent in the observer, "Eye of the beholder".
Does this mean that an image can be good or even great but only to a limited viewership ?

There's no accounting for taste.A good photo is simply that which has proper exposure, focus and composition of the subject so as to adequately convey the intent of making the shot.

I have the 14-45, 14, and 20mm's.I think the 20 fits in well as the normal lens in the kit. You'll like it and find lots of use.

Like you, I have moved up from an LX5 to the GX1.
I recently added the 45-150, small and light are important factors for me.So far it seems to fit my needs for a mid-tele zoom.

Hey guys, I may have an older copy of the 20mm, but it seems that mine does indeed focus and/or stop down slower.
The difference is not subtle, it seems like an order of magnitude compared with the...

Too little, too late I think. Same sensor as a few of it's rivals, and disappointing battery life. What's it gonna take to get back up above 400 shots in a compact ? rd

What I hope for is that the GX2 and E-P5 are introduced at the same time. Then I can go crazy comparing the two, trying to decide if I keep my GX1 !rd
