Seems like the best you can do is get the Metabones Canon SB, and adapt MD and PK lenses to EOS. Contax/Yashica and Nikon and other lenses can also be adapted to EOS, but not vice versa. FD lenses...

While Nikon may be secretive, Canon is hardly generous about their code. This is due more to the ingenuity and persistence of the developers.
