Not really, the S4 is smearing fine details (see the spools of thread and the green fluff) while at the same time showing oversharpening artifacts.

Nonetheless, when you're paying someone, professional or not, chances are they aren't going to say your product is crap. I'm not saying the Lumia phones are crap, but you're only going to hear the...

Reminds me of that scene in Jurassic Park where they are stuck in the cars. GENNARO: Are they heavy? TIM: Yeah. GENNARO: Then they're expensive. Put them back.
-
Wow, that is one bigass 55mm lens. Why can't they make an autofocus version of their lenses though?
-
Wow, really love that. Perfect moment caught.

Nope, that's ND. I use RAW for ISO. Point is, I want more programmable buttons, not fewer. One of the few things they f-ed up on the X100S IMO.
-
If they replace my programmable RAW button with a non-programmable Q menu button, I am going to be really angry.

Good lord, what is happening? My 500C is weeping right now.

Man, I love the look of that "worn" X-Pro1!
Personally I think either color will look better either perfectly clean, or really scuffed up all around. When you get just one or two big scratches on a...

To me, Rockwell's "snapshots" are just that, throwaway shots with no impact or "magic". They are well-exposed for the most part, yes, but those shots could be taken with almost any decent camera...

It looks like a cel phone prototype ("for girls!") from 2003.

That's a good one.
Another thing I would love is a built in 10 stop ND (switchable between the 3 stop). Would be great for blurring water without carrying around a special filter. This will never...

I also agree about better flash support. But I would like two things there:
1. A slightly stronger built-in flash, tiltable if possible (maybe it needs to pop up like on the XE-1).
2. Something...
-
Another thing is, it partially blocks the built-in flash, leaving a strong noticeable shadow on the bottom of the frame.

A $7M fine for a $1.5B crime against investors. Yeah, that should show them, nicely done Japan. And we wonder why we have no confidence in the stock market...

Well, it depends what you shoot. I still like having the f/1.4-2.0 option on my D700, which I prefer to not go over ISO 1600 on. If you are shooting stuff at dawn or dusk, or at night, or by...

The 50mm f/1.4G was the first lens I bought with my D700 years ago. I didn't use it much for years because I got enamored with other lenses like the 85mm f/1.4 and 24-70mm f/2.8, but lately I've...

I know what you're saying, but it really depends on what you shoot. For example, I use the 24-70 f/2.8 on FX and while I really like it, I'm always wishing it was a bit longer. For one thing, I...

This is just stupid, why wouldn't you just use CafePresse, who will print ANY photo on just about ANYTHING? And you DON'T have to log into FaceBook to use it!!
-
Great shot, you could seriously sell that as a stock photo or for postcard or whatever. And a great testament to what an amazing camera the D700 was and still is, 5 years after its introduction.
