  • Submitted a challenge entry Another Rainy Night in London
    I wanted a dreary, wet night in London. So rather than mess about with my DSLR and Photoshop, I simply borrowed my wife's Canon IXUS pocket camera and used that. With the humidity the tiny lens misted up, perfect for misty, wet vingette. I shot someone emerging from a tube station, rushing through the rain, blurred in frame. The mist, humidity and bright lights and dynamic range the camera couldn't handle properly were perfect for showing it damp, wet and dreary, yet somehow alive.
