Excuse me, but North America also has varieties of ivy. Are you going to disqualify those???? Please advise.

This photo was taken after dark.., teken as shown with no pp. Tripod supported 10 second time exposure during thunder storm. Note the front porch lights on at neighbor's home across the street. Huge lightning bolt lit the sky right over my house and turned night into day. Closed shutter right
after the strike.

This photo was disqualified by the ice in nature challenge owner because he/she couldn't see the "ice blankets" that I spoke of in my description .... Tried to explain that the entire lake was blanketed in ice... obviously a translation issue.... ho well... Perhaps in his part of the world ice doesn't cover an entire lake..... ;-)

Great shot, congrats! Where was this taken? Reminds me of someplace in the deep south..., like the mississippi or suwanee rivers.
