Update. Many more lenses for sale now, just drop me a note, thank you.

Hello Joel,it seems we have different approaches to macro photography. To me macro photography is connected to high magnification, to see a lot of detail. You get this by selecting a high zoom...

Hi Sherm,I had to translate 'intrigued' and am glad it's positive :-)No, the closeup lenses are not 'fixed distance' only. As a rule of thumb their focal length is the *maximum* working distance at...

Hello Joel, the LX7 offers so little magnification that I think it is hard to compare to an FZ150/200 in regard of macro photography. Here's an example with a Canon 250D 4dpt achromat. The most upper...

Well, I did not have all teleconverters available when starting that thread, you'll find some info on the LT55 later. I consider it weaker than both the 1.7x Olympus converters, and I have never...

I had started my thread 'FZ200 with teleconverters - tests and comparison' (FZ200 with teleconverters - tests and comparison) 4 months ago. It was highly appreciated and had a lot of traffic, now...

Hello Old Sea Dog,thank you very much for your kind words and appreciation. With your set of lenses you can cover a very broad range of distances, and the Sigma (AML, I suppose) is so small you can...

By the Kiwi adapter tube.

I have the Olympus counterpart from that link. Have not tried it on an FZ200, but it works on the LX7. Thought it might be a good travel tele for the LX7 because it's quite small, with a 52mm...

Go to Manual Mode M, select the speed with the thumb wheel, up to 250s is possible, depending on ISO.

Please see my answer to your posting here: http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/post/50873724.From my experiences the Canon and Nikon are the only converters to meet your specific criteria.

Suggesting four: http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/post/50608537, plus a fifth: Olympus TCON-17. I am sure I had a bad one when doing that testing, got another one now and it's better, pretty close...
