jalywol: I know you are going to be shooting some older cameras again, but for this particular camera it would be really helpful to maybe shoot the old test scene too? It would really give users a chance to compare to ALL previous M43s that way, and would certainly be less work on your part than retesting several generations of M43 cameras.....

Even if the problems krikman pointed out can be avoided, I miss the comparison with older cameras.
This comparison with earlier sensors can show, whether the latest models are worth an upgrade.
However, I think the comparison of "lighting" is very helpful indeed.

This sounds very good indeed, and the GX7 looks very much like the camera I have been waiting for.

An articulated LCD would have been nice, though. After using G models, I have become used to it and would miss it.

However, is the EVF really a problem, if you wear glasses?

BobYIL: Sony RX1 with built in EVF, tiltable LCD and 35-50/2 lens.

... at 3500€/$, the way they priced the RX1?

With a mFT sensor of the Olympus EM-5 and a F2 lens this could be realized right now. The collapible lens might be a little larger, but then ...
I guess that Sony is already working on it: between the RX 100 and RX1 there is a RX 10 missing: APSc sensor, fast zoom lens, tiltable screen, very compact design - a modern version of the Fuji X100.
1200 €/$ any time! - Peter
