Looks lovely. Feels good. Images from the OMD sensor are beautiful. Quite tempted. I hope they solved the laggy control dial problem of the OMD. This is the one thing which stopped me putting...

Ak pinxit, not all live view use involves holding the camera at arm's length while set to scene mode. I find live view essential for careful tripod work, especially at unusual angles.

You're kidding me! : "Another frustration - and again, not a new one - is the lack of 'live' aperture control in live view and movie mode." How many more iterations must we wait until we get...

Walked into Jessops in Edinburgh with over a grand in pocket to purchase an OMD-EM5 kit. I only wanted to try it out and do a final check of a few things but essentially I was ready to buy...

An apple DSLR? Oh what a horrific thought. It would only take hipstamatic style photos. It would be bright white and take ten minutes to boot up. And then when you wanted to take a photo, you'd...

I really thought this argument had been quashed, an immesuarable number of times. If one takes a step back and looks at all the sensor sizes on offer from compact to full frame, then 4/3 is so...

Well, I was always hoping someone would produce a lens of this spec for APS-C, as an upgrade to the Nikon 35/1.8. However, like the 30/1.4.. it's too big. I'm sure FF users will really enjoy it...

Interesting, especially given the size and nice handling. I was almost going to upgrade my LX3 to an LX7 but the olympus looks to have far nicer colours and a much better lens.

Interesting, I will give it another go with a fresh card. The one I was using was formatted on a Lumix LX3 just prior to trying it on the EM5.D

I just tried an EM5 - at last. It took Jessops days to charge up the display rack model's battery and they do not have any open boxes for demos. I was almost convinced into buying one. However,...

I get your problem, and since I tend to climb mountains and camp on the top for sunrise/sunset shots, I understand how the weight can be a problem. However, if you are at all interested in fine...
