in RAW3200 I still prefer the 2007 Nikon D3... I know it is FX versus DX, but already 6 years old technology. Still quit a capable Nikon sensor compared to todays Fuji.

Decided to go for the D800 and not the 24/3.5PC-EThe D800 gives 1522 extra pixels on both the left and right side of the frame and 1040 extra pixels to both the top and bottom side of the frame....

That was my thought as well, but I have no idea if the difference in resolution between the D700/D3 and the D800 is that much that it will work without a problem. Skimping one quarter of a D800,...

A lot of times I tilt the lens to lower the horizon. And to fully get the building in frame1) tiltoriginal Then to straighten the lines, perspective-correction in Photoshop. I must say this works...

Yes, stupid me, it is the 14-24/2.8 ofcourse :) The 2.8 Nikkor beast (neither meaning the Sigma 12-24/4.5-5.6 nor the Nikkor 12-24/4 DX :))Problem with the 14-24 is that it gives such extreme...

The Centro would work if I had the Thermorest mattress at the very bottom of the pack. That would stack the Toploader Zoom 55AW a little higher for a better reach. The zipper opening of the Quest...

Thinking of it, with the Toploader Zoom 55AW in the backpack, there are a few centimeters left. I think now I could even change the 70-300 for a 70-200/f4. The new 70-200/f4 doesnt fit my Ortlieb...
