Mirko123: Great review, as always!
However the timing has made it somewhat redundant.

2 months??
It was announced in November 6, 2012!
Perhaps mathematics is not your forte?

And i never criticized the review.

@Revenant

You dont read reviews out of curiosity & interest?
There are many things on this site that i read that are not directly related to me or the products that i use.

@ Revenant,
Yes, i have a D5200, and yes i am very happy with it.
No, i dont need confirmation or justification about my choice.

I dont really understand your point.
I am curious and it would simply be nice to read a detailed review, considering the D5200 came out MONTHS before the D7100.

People who use the D5200 have been waiting a LOT longer!

Yeah, thanks....
But i find it disrespectful to D5200 users who have been waiting a long time and have received nothing!
Or does our lower economic bracket deem us as being non-relevant?

A little common courtesy and respect would be appreciated

This looks to be an awesome lens!!
Ill definitely be getting one!
The focal range is very usable and could easily be my walk around lens.
I just hope the image quality isn't sacrificed for the extra 4mmm

Mirko123: Hmmm, could someone please explain the difference in image quality between the D7100 and the D5200?
They look exactly the same to my eyes.

I agree, (its not a bad thing)
But i was under the impression that removing the OLPF filter would greatly increase the sharpness, however i really dont see it here.
To my eyes the Pentax still looks sharper.

Wow, leave it to a 4th rate "artist" to ask the truly useless and pointless questions!
Not only is it pointless, the concept is completely unoriginal!

To put it mildly, this is absolute garbage and is nothing more then a pathetic attempt of self gratification!

As a general rule, ART = CR@P!
However in this example im being way, way too kind!

cmykhk: When compared with high ISO raw, D600 is obviously better than 5D3, especially at very high ISO. 5D3 is just a machine which is just good at washing jpg details.

Kudos to Nikon.

Well im obviously not seeing what your seeing.
To me there seems to be a lot more grain in the Nikon photos, especially in the Reds.
I also don't see any "washing" of detail in the canon.

The canon seems to have more punch, whilst the nikon seems a bit dull.

As a Nikon owner, im a little disappointed with the results
It seems to my eyes that the Canon 5D III still has the best image quality.
The images appear sharper with more contrast.
It also looks to have less colour noise.

On Canon significantly improves EOS 7D with firmware v2 article (296 comments in total)

Did they introduce this firmware update instead of a genuine upgrade?
If thats the case, then what about improving noise and ISO performance?

Nice update, but in reality, this is all just fluff!

Unimaginative and unoriginal!
When are people going to grow up and use their brains to sell or promote a product instead of their under used penises?

Seriously, there are far better uses for a camera than porn!

Really? so the future of humanity is dependent on stupid, unimaginative images like this?
Wow, how insightful!
Thanks for the epiphany!
I have an idea, why not make ads with the male back side?
Or even better, 2 people procreating!
After all, humanity depends on it!
