Jogger: The cost of the camera and 50/2 would buy you a D800 and $13000 of very good lenses. Am i making too much sense?

Yes you are, but unfortunately Leica has become a rich boy toys... that's why they still making an over-priced cameras and believe it or not in my country there is only one shop selling Leica and most of the time its out of stock and you have to put your name in a waiting list just to get the "mighty" Leica...

draculavn: For long, Dpreview has become nikon backyard. All review of nikon camera come very soon and get so high score (the same with dxomark). Reivew of canon camera comes much later and get lower score.

hahahahahha take it easy man, I'm waiting for the Fuji X-1 Pro review and still waiting... and I notice the delay for the canon cameras... specially the 1Dxx.

Habib Albanna: people, calm down 4K is not for consumers anytime soon, 1080p will do just fine for the next 5 years...

Canon and the other companies introducing the 4K for one reason only... some film making companies start to use this cameras for big productions which they might want to release in the future with higher reselotion... Like what happend with VCD & DVD... few years back the big production films makers use only (FILMS) and these films can produce 8K reselotion easily...

so what you are saying that we will not see "the God Father" in 8K its only possible to have it in 4K??

anyway I think 4K is too soon to come out for the consumers... its just too large to deal with!!! its just not practical now to have a 40GB+ movies. maybe in the near future :)

On Fujifilm X-Pro1 preview (757 comments in total)

you can see the official Fujifilm X-Pro1's Photo Sample in this link

http://www.fujifilm.com/products/digital_cameras/x/fujifilm_x_pro1/sample_images/

if you compair this camera to Leica M9 i think X-Pro1 is the winner because you got a better price and better images... but if you compare it to Sony Alpha NEX-7, the sony nex7 is a winner in this case... i Think!!!
