HOW CAN YOU GIVE THIS A LOWER SCORE THAN THE NX210??? THAT MUST BE WRONG, SONY IS THE BEST

Yawn...I'm sure Sony's upcoming wifi cameras are going to blow away this piece of trash

I really want to be a press photographer so I can carry a little m4/3 camera and brag about how it's just as good as their colossoal canikons

@ DPRchallenger, I'm sure if it was taken using a Nikon camera you'd suggest the same hypothetical, replacing Nikon with Canon.

Gorgeous? It's a disgusting bug with creepy eyes. I wouldn't have voted it 1.0 but it is pretty ugly and I wouldn't blame anyone who did.

maxnimo: So they decided to come out with another proprietary lens mount instead of adopting the MFT standard. I wonder if that was the best course of action to take. One thing I know for sure.... I'd have no interest in buying this camera.

Yes. You all are missing his point which was that M4/3 already existed and Nikon had a great opportunity to join it but instead they needlessly made their own proprietary mount, and all that means is even more useless kit zooms, and this newest one is so bad it's not even part of a kit!

You're wrong, Ryan. He didn't say it was the only standard. He just said that Nikon didn't follow it. Regardless, Micro 4/3 mirrorless came before aps-c mirrorless and has more cameras and lenses than any other mirrorless mount so it's perfectly legit to call it a standard.

Saying that Canon is looking by far the most innovative of the two giants is like saying that Budweiser is by far the best tasting of the three beer giants.

Peiasdf, apparently you also don't understand the meaning of standard in the way that maxnimo used it.

There is no one standard for mirrorless cameras. APS-C is *a* (not *the*) standard, and m4/3 is also *a* standard. By your absurd logic neither Sony nor Fuji followed *the* standard of m4/3 since it already existed when they chose their system's sensor size.

" Nikon US suggests it might appeal to people who bought a kit with just the 10mm prime lens."

LOOLLLLL REALLY????

Ryan, I don't think you understand the different definitions of "standard." You should probably consult a dictionary before acting like a know-it-all.

11 months later, great job Nikon. Just in time to clear the old model out so you can rip people off on the new iteration. Better off buying a G5 or GF5 or RX100

Is there any way to use instagram with a real camera, for example one that has wifi to connect to your tablet or phone?

It's the gear, not the photographer. It's just that in the case of the Panasonic G5 and Lumix lenses, the gear has become good enough to do the job well. With the iPhone, not so much.

So he's using the 7-14, 12-35, and 100-300, but I figure he must be using one of the cheap telephoto zooms too. I wonder if it's the 45-200, 45-175, or 45-150.

Lol 73%, and the NEX-5N got 79% and a gold star. Nikon desperately needs to release at least one good product in the fall in order to stay relevant.
