Had Both.  EM-5 made it to eBay.  I like the GH3 better.  Better video, swivel screen, headphone jack, better color.

I now have a new camera.  Bob from Panasonic got me a new camera. He said he would try to expedite a camera to Kenmore so I could do an exchange. The Friday before Christmas, the new camera arrived...

Your are right.  The menus are better.  But I still see some tearing in them as well.  The only time it looks OK is when the image is out of focus.
