It's amazing how much disinformation floats around on DPReview. But, if the X-A1 gets more people into the Fuji system, then by all means, let people be dumb. :)

Where's the "I don't really care" option? Both would do fine, but since they only offer the X-Trans in their bodies with viewfinders, that's my answer.

Seems to me that this is just proof that Adobe is better with Bayer than with X-Trans. While other converters seem to get more details/better rendering out of the X-Trans. So.... we have options....

Using ACR instead of Iridient or Capture One makes the images look softer than they actually are. YMMV depending on raw converter, and I think it's important to talk about that when reviewing Fuji...

I've seen similar on my (now gone) 7D. I think it's probably inevitable on anything that is bayer sensor like.
