He'll discontinue the J/V 1 in about a month, get rid of the low profit hardware business and move Nikon into software by purchasing Adobe...!
And people will be buying Nikon J1' like crazy for $99 for their mothers and grand mothers.
Couldn't agree withbyou more...as I type this on my Touchpad. But wait Meg Whitman may be available in a few months. You never know. And of course what about Lytro? What happens when they launch?

Thanks for a great article. I just starting to seriously shoot video and understanding the formats and codecs has proven to be quite a challenge. After reading this I feel like I now at least understand the lay of the land.

Excellent article! It is a great overview of the camera sealing design challenge and I learned a lot. I don't think the title mislead me, but obviously some readers just want more. Note to editor: maybe an in depth follow-up is needed.
