it is a good tool but non of the tools mentioned by many of you is noticeable better! They are quite similar under low ISO indeed....and for ISO on the 3200 level Nikon starting to lose slightly...

do you all here really have to look for a clear winner over the remaining brands?

the sensor is from D7000..at least look like this: on the comparative chart swicth on the D7000 and see how they look like...same (almost same...depending on subjective evaluation).

tiny sensor of the E-M5? How much it is smaller? Bother to check?

on the other hand the oly is a higher spec camera than the basic Nikon. Still the 24 m of the Nikon cannot rival 16 m of the oly.

some guys below said m43 is incomparable with APS-C cameras refering to some DP test shots of a recent Oly glass.
I am not sure what happened to those pictures but there are tons of test samples on...

assume you are using a calibrated high end monitor (like an EIZO) or just 150$ "high tech " from e.g samsung?

electronivc viewfinder can be small outside and cover 100% of the view and yet capable to show a preview with exposure.
The whole point here is the size and the preview capabilities.

not alway need any raws (unless you really need pixsel peeping)

up to ISo 6400 it keeps up with the OM-D...later on it takes lead ...not bad!
If it only was smaller...

it is even better- compare the size of the Fuji and the old boy Nikon

And the Fuji size is a fraction of that monster! So is OM-D from Oly (somewhat worse in high ISO but still great and small)
