Is the PaintShop Pro also 64-bit these days? And 16-bit editing all the way?

Today's amateurs are tomorrow's professionals. Lose the beginners and amateurs today and you will lose the professional market tomorrow.

I will still use my licences for PS CS5 and LR4, but eventually they will no longer work as operating systems will change and so on. I might as well start learning new software little by little so...

I wonder if this new policy will fly in EU. The EU has given Microsoft some hard time and perhaps they will look into this as well?

Sounds like in many ways Gimp is already there and will hopefully become a professional grade package soon. I think I will wait for the stable 16-bit versions and proven colour space management....
