As long as CS6 will run on the new MacPros which should come out soon(ish), I'll be happy for another few years... and have enough time to transition to a different imaging software.

Adobe going CC only is quite similar to Nikon (in the past) saying they won't go full-frame: loss of customer base, people jumping ship. Many users here indicate they will NOT change to CC...

Totally agree! The first shot actually made me want to NOT read on and close the browser window... "ah, ok, HDR again, boring" – close window. The sea in that first picture is easily 1 stop darker...

In the original, there's actually more highlight definition than in the processed image. (Yes, OK, it's banding from yellow to orange/red... but in the processed image those areas are ALL white).
