DXo lens test do not conform to real world experience. Just check their test of the Canon 16-35 II lens. They claim the corners at 16mm are sharper at f/2.8 than at f/5.6. Thats obviously rubbish....

Get the 24-70 IF and only IF you need f/2.8. Optically its about the same as the 24-105. The latter gives you IS and longer reach. I find this preferable in general photography compared to f/2.8....
