On Fujifilm X-T1 First Impressions Review preview (1645 comments in total)

It's not 100% clear to me from the review but I remain slightly hopeful, is it possible to control shutter speed & aperture in manual mode in 1/3 stops (fully, not just -3 to +3) with the two unmarked dials (rear & front) like any reasonable dSLR from the past 10 years ?
What about the aperture dial on lenses that has them?
Or does it continue down the antiquated road of previous X series camera, having to set the shutter speed in full stops and then futzing around with the exposure comp dial, probably all while having to look at the dials instead of through the viewfinder... ? Or am I missing something?

Loved my S2 back in the day... looking for a small system to complement my D800/D600 system. Trying out the OM-D E-M1 currently and really liking everything, especially the controls, IBIS & sync speed .. except the image quality!
