I think it is "crop" medium format, only slightly larger than conventional ff cameras.

Good sample of very good skills in post. No one camera can give such dynamic range in shadows and colors straight from the camera.

Mateo Miller: For whatever reason the 18-135mm seems to out perform the 16-50mm on the K-3. At least in this small sampling of photos. Noticeably better color and contrast although that could be attributed to the lighting I suppose.

I think old EOS 5D is still much better than any of this crop crap.

I own A99.
These "On chip phase detection AF points" in real life is nearly as slow and unusable as contrast detection AF...

Conclusion: Suitable only for non moving objects photography!

I understand this lens is designed for low light photography, but yours samples is from bright sunny day, when same pictures can be taken with kit lens or maybe Samsung mobile phone easily.
Do some dedicated test- in church, for example! Use your brain!

57even: If you had a choice between better live view AF and better DR and noise performance, which would you choose?

Canon OIS is very poor for video, not on the par with Pana.

I am video shooter, first choose OIS, then AF, then DR, then depth of field.

"Dual Pixel CMOS AF' sensor that promises..."

Just another marketing slogan. In real life AF is jumping as always.

Why not just take a video?
And later, if you need, grab some frame and use it as photo.
