Nice oil painting!
That kid in blue in the back, had enough......he looks tired.
Awesome watercolor painting.
Nicely done oil painting.
Like Sony Exmoor, you can also find Aptina sensor in Nikon bodies.
The 8 years old Canon sensor just embarrassing the hell out of Nikon's latest greatest sensor in jpeg and raw.
Does anybody know if this is made in China?
Bilal Fotos: Sorry, I am not convinced the approach of Leica authorities about the designing of a new Leica M. The designing chance of Leica M is given to the new comers’ in the field rather than "Sir Jonathan Ive" but design must be accepted only according to the strict high level designing parameters. Basically I am a Graphic Designer but I have a trained eye regarding all the relevant fields of designing; unfortunately I have not got any chance in my life to express my creative abilities because I born in most ignorant part of the world ......! In short where world topmost designers end their design exercise I start thinking from there......! If Leica’s gives me a chance to design their new Leica M rangefinder, I assured that I will perform my duty with best of my competitive spirit, creative abilities, knowledge and believe.
Yeah but your training or trained eye is limiting you in 2D space(monitor). The 3rd dimension is alien to as graphic designers(fonts). It is kind of like a carpenter claiming he/she is able to design an architectural master piece, no?

ProfHankD: Well, the price isn't bad for medium format + Leica branding, and the mostly ordinary feature set isn't that ordinary for medium format, but I wonder if IQ can beat the Nikon D800. Sadly for Leica, my guess is no.
Leica branding, I would understand if I saw this thing hanging around Angelina Jolie's neck or Bill Gates. Around regular people, no. No reason to buy camera except when you have money to burn. I will refuse this camera even if it was given free of charge.
marike6: I can't imagine why Canon would release a FF DSLR and cut corners on the viewfinder. Doesn't the 7D have a 100% viewfinder? I know the D600 has one, as does the D7000. Heck even the Pentax K-30 has a 100% Pentaprism viewfinder.
Marike6, step back 6 inches, that will bring your VF 100%
nffeeee: I have been a Nikon user (D700) for a while (six months, four years ago) before switching to Canon and still very happy about my decision. I have a 5d MKII and a 5d MK III and I would NEVER change to Nikon. Why? 1) Canon glasses2) Canon colours 3) Canon Services4) Would you spend your time choosing one of the 345 AF points instead of understand the right focal plane to focus with a single point?5) Nikon's images look always greenish and artifical, no matters more MP.. I tried the D800.. I am not able to get what I want from Nikon RAWS with PS (I am still a Kodachrome fanboy).. I get great results with Canon in 5 minutes
So please TRY the 6D before judging... when I bought the 5d mk III I just saw the specs and I was sure it was only a real small update.. I change my idea when I started to use it.. USE IT AND JUDGE IT!!!
VivaLasVegas: Holy smokes......6D just smoked Nikon D4 in low light AF, -3EV vs -2EV. Oh and one more thing, 6D can be customized with tracking, acceleration and deceleration tracking AF sensitivities......D4, D800, and D600 can't!
Hey jjnik, long time no talk. This is from Canon's website: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/cameras/slr_cameras/eos_6d#Features
High Performance Composing and Focus:The EOS 6D has an entirely new 11-point AF system for fast, accurate AF no matter the situation. With its new centered cross-type AF point with EV -3 sensitivity for improved performance and focus in low light, and a newly developed and bright 21mm eye point viewfinder with 97% coverage, the EOS 6D offers impressive performance in both composition and AF, even in the dimmest lighting situations. Offering not only One-Shot AF, AI Servo AF, and AI Focus AF, the EOS 6D’s AI Servo focus can be customized with tracking, acceleration and deceleration tracking sensitivities, and 1st or 2nd image priority adjustments. For even more customization, adjustment levels for the wide-angle and telephoto ends of particular lenses can be entered and recorded into the camera’s memory.
VivaLasVegas: As a long time Nikon user, this is a traumatic day for me. The newly released D600 can ONLY focus -1EV in low light, that is a full TWO stop behind 6D, WTF. To add salt into injury, they've also regurgitated the flawed D7000 AF into the new D600.
Kayone, where have you been, it is a well documented problem numerous months after it was released(no bs). Good for you, you have a good copy.
VivaLasVegas: At -3EV, 6D is the new "Lord of Darkness"!
Believe me, 6D will sell like hot cakes, even in total darkness.
At -3EV, 6D is the new "Lord of Darkness"!
One man comedy, LOL, but your laughing and replying to all my post. I must be one funny comedian to you! Your in shock right now due to -3EV AF, wifi+GPS, 1070 batt life clicks, m&sraw, in-cam raw processing, more metal than plastic body, 770g with battery, real HDR mode, 9 multi-exposure, no rebel type popup flash and better looking! Relaaax GB Landscaper.
