Em5 will absolutely destroy the d200 for image quality.  Look at the image comparisons on imaging resource or on this site.  Ive shot with that and the d300 and I think the em5 beats the d300.

My favorite all purpose lens of all time.  Sharp and versatile.  Too bad it doesn't focus faster but it's still a wonderful lens that needs to be sped up for micro 4/3 or recreated.
